How to Wash Your Mouse

It would never occur to me to hold a mouse under running water, but that's why I'm not a marketing genius like the good folks at Belkin.

They just released a press announcement trumpeting the fact that they've developed "a water-resistant mouse that can survive spills and can be hand-washed under the faucet to stay clean and disinfected."

Doesn't this picture look like it came off a Saturday Night Live skit? "Mouse-Soap – the miracle cleanser that washes your hands AND navigates your spreadsheets!"

All this waterproof goodness can be yours for $29.99 USD.

What will they think of next! Looking forward to the Better world show! When do you think that you will have it out there....

What a great idea! I'm sure that's how I'm catching colds from the grandkids. Purell hasn't been cutting it. Maybe Lysol and a Belkin mouse will.

Hey Scott, I just dropped in to say hi and let you know I'll be checking out your blog from time to time. Take care buddy.

Hi Scott
Great fan of the dp show, love your work. Will be supporting your bid to win an award, you and Michael deserve it.

Thanks for writing everyone - at least I know someone is reading this! And thank for the vote, Kevin!

I once tried the trick of putting a keyboard in the dishwasher to wash out a bottle of Sprite that was dumped in it by a co-worker.

Needless to say, it did not work.
